I was bad on drugs, and at a pivotal moment, I knew I had to change my life. The one skill I knew I had was writing. I made the shift from poetry to marketing out of necessity, but also because I saw a deeper connection between the two: both require precision, emotion, and impact. I realized I had to change when I saw the market for conventional copywriters becoming oversaturated. I dove deep into email marketing, learning how to implement strategies that were not just about beautiful words but about results.

 

ForbesCopy's Motivation

 

ForbesCopy was born out of a desire to help small businesses with something they often overlook—effective email marketing. Too many businesses send out the occasional email and hope for the best, but there's no strategy, no long-term vision. My approach is different. I focus on lead generation, revenue growth, and retention—not just open rates and clicks. Because at the end of the day, it's about growing businesses, not just sending emails.

 

My Mission

 

"If it’s not right, don’t do it. If it’s not true, don’t say it." Is a value that guides every decision I make. My goal is simple: to help businesses find, retain, and reactivate clients. I help solve the most pressing problems my clients face by delivering marketing strategies that are personal, data-driven and laser-focused on achieving results. I’m not here to just write copy. I’m here to be a strategist. I want to be known for creating and sharing strategies that drive businesses forward.

 

Achievements & Impact

 

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with some incredible businesses. From writing a blog that attracted a $20MM client for H&G Holdings to helping DataGroup Technologies Inc. increase their online presence, I’ve seen firsthand the power of effective marketing. I’ve also authored and edited several eBooks on marketing strategy, and become certified as a social media manager, email list manager, and SEO specialist. But for me, the most rewarding part is seeing my clients hit their financial goals and watching their businesses grow.

When it comes to teaching or speaking about marketing, I believe in a direct approach. My 360° Value Marketing philosophy incorporates six different principles, all designed to deliver comprehensive value to my clients and their customers. Marketing isn't one-size-fits-all; it's about delivering the right message, at the right time, in the right way.

 

Life Outside of Business

 

When I’m not crafting marketing strategies, you’ll find me in nature—hiking, playing the digeridoo, or practicing esoteric practices. These personal passions aren’t just hobbies; they influence my work. Intuitive meditation, in particular, helps me connect with the audience on a deeper level. It allows me to tap into the psychology of the reader, creating copy that resonates emotionally and intellectually.

My long-term vision is simple: to help others just as my mentor helped me. I believe in paying it forward, and ForbesCopy is my way of giving back to the community of entrepreneurs and businesses who want to grow, succeed, and make a lasting impact.
